Context:

Today the trend in design is to facilitate the adaptation of modern ideas, in an era of resilience and environmental awareness through fashion.

Driving Question(s):

How do we transform artworks, and artistic ideas into another artistic context?

Learning Objective(s):

In groups of students, they will choose works of artists to adapt them to fashion pieces.

Justification:

To achieve an impact in design and garment transformation.

Process:

During the presentation of the project, folders were handed out where roles were delegated and the steps to follow for the research. Six outfits and brand designs were adapted and produced with the materials they want, the project is fed back and the assembly is done in a real catwalk with the public of the institution.

Results and Impact Generated:

The variety of designs and materials was the striking feature of the fashion show.
