AIS NEWS EXPRESS!
Overview:
High School students have created their own creative space at the AV Lab focused on journalism and the motivation to inform the school community.
Purpose and Description:
The purpose of this experience is to push students to visit different stories and characters and inhabit our school environment, as well as the way students use academic words to structure a news report by interviewing their principal and secondary sources.
Eleven students from 11th Grade are in charge of building the AIS News Express! segment that goes live every monday via our Instagram page and our Spotify channel. They do everything, from scripting to post-production, they are the ones that give life to their school centered stories.
From the Digital Productions department we hope that this CTE continues on a high note, because no one else has the tact and ability to tell stories from such a transparent vision as students do.
